AFTER SCHOOL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.

Important Instructions

We’ve transitioned to a new registration system! Please read below carefully before proceeding:

Returning Members

If your child has attended any Boys & Girls Club location since January 1, 2024, you likely already have an account in our new system.

  1. Click “Login”.
  2. Once logged in, click “Account” then select “Renew Membership”.
  3. Review and update your information as needed.
  4. After that’s complete, click “Registrations” then “Register for Program” to sign up for the after-school program.

If your child is new to the Club:

  1. Click “Sign Up” to create an account.
  2. Complete your household and member information.
  3. Once your account is set up, go to “Registrations” and click “Register for Program” to enroll.

About Your Waitlist Status
Please don’t worry if you see that your child has been placed on a waitlist—this does not mean the program is full. All applicants are automatically placed on the waitlist while the enrollment process is completed.
Your child will be moved from the waitlist once:
  • A parent or guardian has attended orientation
  • All required paperwork has been submitted
  • The application has been reviewed and approved by Club staff
This status simply helps us ensure that every enrollment requirement has been completed before a child begins attending the program.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Polk County strives to serve as many youths as we can from our local communities. Please verify that your child is at least 6 years old and attends one of the schools listed below before completing the registration application. If your student’s school is not listed, you are welcome to contact your local club for more information.
