One of our 4th grade members, Armani saw a homeless person and wanted to give him money. Later Miss Kelsy spoke with Armani and asked her “How else can you earn money for homeless people?” She responded with “I can give some of my allowance.” She also proceeded to add “I want to be a fashion designer so I can give them money that way.” When Armani was then asked why, she said:
No anger, frustration, or negativity. Just the compassion that comes from love, being loved and experiencing tough times.
